Terms of Use, SwimSeasonCheck
What this site is
SwimSeasonCheck estimates outdoor pool water temperature by month and the running cost of pool heaters, from public climate, sunshine and energy-price data and a documented model. It is informational only and is not a substitute for a quote from a pool or heating contractor who has seen your pool.
No warranty on the figures
Real pools differ in size, depth, shade, wind exposure, cover use and equipment in ways a per-city model cannot capture, and energy and equipment prices change. Nothing here is guaranteed to match your water temperature or your bills, and no figure should be the only basis for a purchase.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is engineering, electrical, gas-fitting or financial advice. Gas lines and electrical circuits for heaters must be installed by licensed trades under local code. Water temperature is not a safety judgement: supervise swimmers whatever the reading.

Changes
These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current version.
